The founder president of the society, late B.L. Matanhelia was having a good social status, apart from business in automobiles, fertilizers, petrol pumps etc. He developed several enterprises, educational institutions, to name a few - Vikas Bharti, a 10+2 fully residential college on Doon pattern and the institute of technology and management, a B.Tech. & M.C.A. college. He was the office bearer of several other educational institutions viz. Marwar Inter & Degree college at Gorakhpur.

Shri Shyam Bihari Agrawal: President, the Founder Vice President and the present president of the society is a leading income tax advocate. He had been also associated along with late B.L. Matanhelia in the ventures of social upliftment. Mr. Agrawal is president of Vikas Bharti School, Marwad Degree College, Gorakhpur & office bearer of the governing council in few other institutes.

Shri J.P. Agrawal: Vice President founder member and Vice President of the society is also an inspiring force for the project and has got a good empire at Surat in Gujarat, in textile industry, multiplex, cancer hospital. He is having a sound position in the politics and administration. Apart from this he is kind hearted and dedicated to the cause of social upliftment, who realizes the needs of even poorest person of the society.

Shri Niraj Matanhelia: Tresurer Tresurer, a leading businessman in the field of Automobiles, Fertilizers and Cement.

Shri Gopal Chaturvedi: Secretary, the founder secretary and nucleus of the society had devoted his entire zeal and sprit to maintain liaisoning with all India council for technical education, U.P. Technical University, State Govt. of Uttar Pradesh and other concerned departments to bring up this project within a record time of 8-9 months and made functional in June 2001. The Institute is running well by maintaining good results and has been placed within top ten engineering college of the state since its inception till now.

Mr. Chaturvedi is having his own Pharmaceutical unit manufacturing injections and ophthalmic since 1978 under the license provided by the Central Govt. Having his own manufacturing unit, he was well acquainted with diverse aspects of the field. Hence, it was conceived by him to introduce the bachelor of pharmacy course from the year 2005. Thus in the field of education as well as industry Mr. Chaturvedi is one of the most established name in Eastern UP.
