Lab Facilities:
Chemistry Lab:
The chemistry lab contains the latest industrial equipments necessary for analyzing samples such as UV Vis spectroscopy, flame photometry, conductivity meter, pH meter, Pensky marten’s apparatus & bomb calorimeter. It caters to the needs of the U.P. Technical University syllabus and student’s quest for the experiments related to Engineering chemistry.
The lab also helps the students to know the latest techniques involved in
analyzing samples and material study. With this knowledge students come to know,
in what ways materials are characterized industrially. This will enable them in their future studies

to analyze characterization of samples. Since all the instruments are digital, students will perform the experiments with ease.
Physics Lab:
This lab caters to needs of the first year engineering students of U.P Technical University. The experiments that are devised for the students are made to-the-scope and application for their future endeavor in higher studies.
Language Lab:
The English Department is enriched with a fully furnished PC based language lab. This lab helps to improve the student’s ability to speak fluently in English. It supports the Engineering Departments by providing quality training in communication skills. It also enhances the student’s mental ability and soft skills, which helps them to have a better exposure to the practical world

All the infrastructure facilities including the master plan for the campus have been designed and developed by renowned architects & Engineers. The building has been constructed with the highest quality standards using best of materials to make the facilities most modern, aesthetic, comfortable and convenient for the users. |

CLASS ROOMS:
All classrooms have been upgraded with state-of-the art technology. Rooms are equipped with pull down screens and green boards. Some of the lecture theaters are equipped with a computer and LCD projector on a trolley which can be transferred to those classrooms which may not have these facilities. The college has made optimal utilization of space as many classrooms can be converted into larger auditoriums.
CONFERENCE FACILITIES:
Institute of technology for women firmly believes in providing its student’s exposure to national and international knowledge experts, through regular national and international conferences/symposia and workshops hosted on campus. It is with this view that a wide choice of modern conference facilities have been meticulously planned and incorporated into the ITW, Gorakhpur campus.
SMART SEMINAR ROOM:
ITW, Gorakhpur also has seminar room whose array of hi-tech equipment enables faculty to conduct classes in a way that enables students to make use of every available resource from one point at the click of a button. In this very special learning environment, a touch screen white board is integrated with the projector and a computer. The projector enables the faculty to innovatively impart knowledge.
LIBRARY:
ITW cultivates reading habits in students by means of providing an impressive array of books, periodicals, e-book, multimedia CDs and e-Library. The institute maintains a rich library with over 5536 volumes of 1406 different titles, 998 volumes on Applied science of 247 different titles and 1046 volumes of 226 titles for MBA. The library is a quiet, fully computerized air cooled section providing an ideal environment for effective learning.
ONLINE COMPUTING LABS:
ITW provides it students a state of the art, air conditioned computing facilities equipped with the latest hardware and multiple application platforms. All the labs are well equipped with latest kits and equipments of reputed brands.
The acoustically designed computerized lab with audio-visual educational aids and facilities of the latest language software’s to improve their communication skills is accessible to all the students.
ITW has a well equipped workshop having carpentry shop, Fitting shop, Black smithy shop, welding shop, sheet Metal Shop, machine & Foundry shop enabling engineering students to know basic workshop processes, read and interpret job drawing, operate and control different machines and equipments.
The Institute has an air conditioned Seminar hall and a conference hall equipped with modern amenities.
LANGUAGE LABORATORY:
The newest feather in the cap of institute of Technology for women, the language laboratory is a state of art facility encompassing a new phase of modernization and transition in the growth phase of ITW. A 30 seater mini amphitheatre, it is designed to breed a genre of leaders, who not only lead the rest with a sound backing in technical knowledge but also can command a voice among the multitudes. The laboratory is also affixed with a world class sound system, a computer setup with language software, an overhead projector, an LCD screen and all other accessories needed to facilitate a learning culture.
The language laboratory also houses the personality Development Centre, which is aimed at teaching the students managerial skills. ITW realizes that the corporate environment demands survival of the fittest, so it aims to develop a general all-round ability in all the students, honing their communication skills as well as their individual personalities In this regard.
