Gender equality and women’s empowerment are human rights that lie at the heart
of development and the achievement of the millennium development goals. The
global environment today demands innovative thinking. Helen Clark’s remarks
appears to be very appropriate that development cannot be achieved if fifty
percent of the population is excluded from the opportunities it brings.
Empowerment of women would become more relevant if women are educated, better
informed and can take rational decisions. We
at ITW ensure the emergence of technologically enabled and positively inspired
women ready to contribute to the growth of corporation and the Welfare of the
society.
